Has anyone ever been to one me and a bunch of friends are heading out there I want to know if its a waste of my time or not going march 1st.

Are you talking about East & West near Henning? If so, I used to fish East quite a bit. A friend has a place on East. Really good for Walleye, Crappie & Pike. For Eyes, fish straight out from the channel (on east) between the lakes. Be careful in that area, ice conditions can be unpredictable due to the current there. Larger jigs tipped with a head & tip up with a medium shiner. Good luck.
