    Speaking of bass, I have 22 lbs. of fresh bass and wondering if anybody has some good recipes?

    Beat egg. Place filets in eggs. Remoe

    Dredge Egg covered bass in flour, salt and pepper batter.

    Drop in hot oil bath until golden brown. Remove

    Two Slices of bread, mayo, lettuce, cheese.

    Bass Sammy!!!
