Looking to book a sleeper on Red and looking for some feedback on good expierences with outfitters. We want a fairly nice house. I have seen some of the rentals out there and the people running them… A couple years ago a group was out of propane, no wrench to change bottle, middle of night, -50 windchills…. The outfitter had yet to check on them, there car wouldnt start… Could have been ugly.. Thanks

On Red, I have only used Portavilla .

Nice houses that fit my son and I very well. I would use them again.

The tow and go rental has interested me.

My house have been called condo’s.Cabins on the ice, just like fishing in your living room. Ben propsed to his gal last week in old minnesota and she said yes
We stopped by the last night they were here and had a bottle of homemade wine. The wife and I had a toast with them

How has the fishing to date been, Cookie?

I really have not heard much buzz at all, either good or bad, so far this winter.

The fishing has been decent. i think some times people expetation are a little to high. The guys that left today had a grand time they ate fish and took a few home. They caught some that were to big and a couple of nice perch.
The night bite has not been the best we have seen in the past. The ice is very iffy the further you get out but guys with sleds have been doing outstanding.
Limits have been taken home from other outfitters as well.
We could use more business as it is very slow for me again this year.
