    yes no matter how hard Jeff trys to get things going in the right direction- Fate has followed him again as the second rebuilding of Agassiz burned down because of a wood stove;
    once again no insurance;; just so you know hes not just burning his spot for insurance money; (every one!!! that might think this?)

    as far as i can gater he left and so far has decided not to return and rebuild– no contact from me to Jeff have been made yet;;

    to add more coals to the fire from what i can gather, just in rumors, he has houses on the lake yet that the Dnr will be fineing him for if not taken off real soon–

    if I know Jeff hes in a hidden space, throwing his guts up and tears are falling about knee deep around him by now–

    untill i find out everything that has happened DIRECTECTLY From Jeff or he posts himself
    MAKE YOUR COMMENTS READER FRIENDLY-

    Thanks Russ

    up date direct from Jeff

    it was a kinda nice day, but he felt kinda crappy the last couple days;
    Cookie was having his Coney Dog day — kid prizes and free coney’s to everyone that attended the Crappie Hunt excurision–
    so Jeff said “YA” “I will come out for awhile and maybe just talk or drill a few holes and try”

    2-3 hours later he recieved a phone call on the lake and looked to the shore line and saw smoke;;
    it was gone already as he reached his place, the fire fighters were there but it was gone- again all he had was his truck and the cloths on his back, everything was gone;;
    he said ” thanks to all that came threw his place this year to give him a boust (sp) he said he “could see a light at the end of the tunnel after the last burn” ;
    the houses did get off the lake with help before he got another burn from DNR
    Right now hes found a place just to lay his head and collect his thoughts once more–; theres clean up to do,
    so we discust ideas, I ask him to set up a date for a few workers to help? he could use a bobcat, and a dump truck to haul things away-

    we offered our cabin thats real close and sleeps 10 to him and anyone that helps with the cleanup over the weekend he choses at no cost–its inspected electric heat, has no water or inside water hooked up, but cooking refrig and outdoor toilet

    the fire department is looking more to an electric malfuntion –not wood

    hes looking for a laptop to use for awhile, but i told him he can call me and i will post his messages as they come in;;

    Bummed out Russ & Judy
    ill keep things posted

    Jeff,
    Am so sorry to hear of your resort,
    My club really enjoyed our stay with you this January, and I thought you did a terrific job for us on the ice.
    Jack
