    What I don’t get is how some of these people can have more than one offense in multiple categories and can still hunt in 3 years????????

    Some of them are not multiple offenses. Some lose the hunting rights for one year for any species, that is why they are listed on there in all catagories.

    I noticed the guy from Floodwood who is on the list who shot the wolf trying to protect his son in a ground blind. This was back when they were on the endangered list. Must have finally got resolved.

    OK, I can understand some of them being listed on different classifications for one offense. But, then again, there are others who are listed twice with different dates and still only have a 3 year probation. Isn’t there stiffer penalties for a second offense?? Isn’t it 3 years for the first offense, it should be longer on the 2nd, 3rd what have you. But then again there are people out there with 5-6 DUI’s that still drive even though they are not supposed too. Sorry I just don’t get it.
