we havent been to Upper Red in quite sometime but the reports we have heard and read is that everything is still biting in 4-6 feet–the reports from both the South and North ends are still the place to go for crappies
the latest rumor is that DNR is going to change the limit of eyes from 2 to 4 in July–we havent seen dates yet or if there going to keep the 4 limit on for the ice season or cut it back to 2
