most places are well dug out right now- its a tuff job when the wind blows- the fishing reports are few and far between this past week because of it (limited travel area) but great for sleds- as I stated before our houses are on shore now but March is usually a good month for mother loads and me and Judy will be taking a trip or 2 back up there before ice is out, we stayed home this weekend like alot of others-this year I drove 1500 miles on that lake in 2 months time, there was a gator caught up there that stretched to 45″ caught on an ultra lite outfit, the biggest one before that was caught last year at 44″ and is monted in Westwinds bar caught by a friend of mine called Oscar of Waskish– there taking about kicking the limit from 2 to 4 eyes this opener with the same slot length of under 17″ but reducing it back to 2 during the ice season- its a wait and see thing as of yet as to how things go with netting this year- see you on the ice
