LAke conditions are great but the access situation is getting a bit hairy. It sounds like most of them are saying only snowmobiles and ATV for this weekend. By the looks of the forcast, things aren’t going to freeze up over the next few days making things worse each day. As of the fishing, its been better in the years past but when one lands on them, its as good as it gets. With all the traffic and holes that have been drilled in the last week, one thing for certain one probably doesn’t need an auger, just find a hole and keep moving to open holes if your not getting bit. Pass the word about traffic on Red, I would hate to see anyone make the trip and not be able to get out. The last two nights, I have heard a number of limits coming from 1-2 miles out and closer at Rogers.
