Just thought I’d share my first wall mount with everyone. My father-in-law surprised me with a Crappie mount last weekend. This is a fish we caught in April of 04 on Upper Red Lake in Minnesota. This is a typical Red Lake Crappie, I’m not sure what the length and weight is on this fish. This guy does good work, if you’re willing to wait at least a year. The guy who did the mount is somewhere in Ill.

She’s pretty! Was the buck for first fish?

If I gambled on my fishing skills I’d likely be a poor man. Any idea how much this mount might cost? My father-in-law gave it to me. She currently measures just a hair under 16 inches.

I’d say $140 a Friend of mine just payed $160 for an 18″ 3 pounder.
