I don’t know about all of you, but I am ready to swap out the 28″ ice rod for the 6 1/2 footer with a 3/8oz thumper jig from Northland Tackle and jig up some hug walleyes in a few weeks. After that run is over the 7 1/2 foot tank trolling rod, loaded with a 3oz weight and a circle hook filled with worms, will make its presents to reef in some sturgeon as the leaves start to bud. Who’s with me??????
