Well it was another great time at Long Point Resort on Lake of the Woods. It was generally slower for us compared to previous trips but still fun! My thoughts are if we can go up there fish all day and have a meal of fish every night what is there to really complain about. We had houses in the 26 to 28 foot range and the dead sticks ruled! If you even touched your line the fish ran away. The only real generalization for lure was the color; they had to be gold or a glow red. We had no huge fish to tell stories about just keepers and fryers! Good luck if you’re up there now cause its COLD!
