I am planning a trip to Zipple Bay in later February, early March.
Is there a better time to go over another? I was there in early January last year and did well, but wondering about later in the winter.

Either early or late in the LOW ice season offers the “best” fishing. With your timeline I’d go as late in March as possible.
Also Nick and his wife are the nicest people I have found up there. I am making Zippel Bay my new base camp. From being helpful, informative and up to date accomidations I would refer them to anyone looking for a great experience.
Don’t forget about fishing the reefs that time of year too up by the islands. -Mark
