I posted this report last night in another forum but I thought I would post it here in case some didn’t see it–
    1/28
Just a little fishing report here as I don’t have alot of time–We had a group of 8 guys out today including the two guides–We started fishing at appr. 9:00 and we had all our limits of walleyes and saugers by 3:15 and we also caught alot of throw backs. No slot fish were caught today but we had some beautiful 17″-18″ walleyes! Alot of smiles on the guys faces today!

Best lures for us yesterday was a white glow jig and the nucleus(glass jig). We used all chubs for bait–we had frozen shiners but they just weren’t interested in them yesterday. When the fish were aggressive, it didn’t really matter what you had on-Almost all in our group caught about the same amount of fish. I will be back out tomorrow so I will hopefully get to post a report sometime this weekend.
    Good Luck Fishing!

Thanks for the report. Look for a flashing red envelop top-right next to the “IDO GEAR” tab. Click on that envelop. I have a quick question for you.

And again, thanks for the reports from WAY-WAY up ‘nort!

We were fishing the Northwest Angle area reefs and we were in varied depths from 22-27ft.

I also just got back from the angle.Fishing was good and we ate fish there and everyone brought home a limit and a few bonus perch. The only bad part was the cold ride out by sled on Monday.Other than that it was a great trip.Headed back up in a few weeks with another group to fish some other areas up there.

Just a quick report before I head back up to the Big Pond–A group of six guys went out Saturday and the bite was a little slower than what it had been. They ended up six fish short of their limits which still is good but not what we have been getting. Sunday a different group(3) were in the same area and they got into them real good! Still fishing the same depth/same area with the 22-24ft depth being best.
    Good Luck Fishing!!
