Just got back from fishing with the family out of Totem Lodge.
My gramp’s has been taking the uncles, cousins, (men), of the family to Totem for ten yrs. The resort is emmaculate. I have nothing but good things to say about the service, guides, food, everything. Typically we have gone in August when the walleye and bass bite has been finicky. This year the bite was hot! Lots if walleyes and bass, and the size was great. In our group of twelve, in two days of fishing, twenty fish or more were over 25”, the largest being 30.5”. The fish were located on mid-lake humps in 12′-38′ of water. A word of caution the lake is now down about five feet and the number of “hit-able” rocks is way up.
