Took a newbie to the river,what a blast!!

    I had a blast taking my girlfriend to the Rainy for her first trip on the river!We went up on Friday and started the trip hammering on the eyes right away.For a first timer she really put me to shame by boating the first six fish fairly quickly.She put up with my walleyes for a while but what she was after was a big sturgeon,so in the middle of the day I rigged her up and it didnt take long for her to hook up on a monster.What a blast of a fight!!!Her arms hurt from the fight and my belly hurt from laughing.We caught endless walleyes and twelve sturgeon,here’s some pics for you to check out.You can bet she will be back!!

    Hers was between 56 and 58 and mine was 48 to 50.She got me again At least I got the biggest eye,but as she said,not the biggest fish.

    Leave it to “T” to be the smart .You shoulda been there,she could have out fished you too.
