Today in the bay there was 14 to 15 inches of ice off to the side of the trail. I could not measure the ice on the trail as it was too thick for my 18 inch chain saw. The ice in the lake under the houses we opened today had 15 to 20 inches of ice. Our plan is to open the road on the 26th to full size vehicles and pulling wheel houses up to 21 feet long. It is going to be cold so we expect to gain a little more ice by then. Good luck fishing!
