    Does anyone fish large Sucker & Shiners ( 6″ or larger )for Walleyes and there counsins ?

    I fished mille lacs last weekend, we used sucker minnows all weekend. Not the size youre asking about though they where in the 3 to 4 inch range and thats all i could get fish on all weekend. they didnt even look at our fat heads.

    we just got back from lake of the woods last night,fished wednesday and thursday and friday morning, got 1 northern and a 25 inch walleye off suckers or big ciscos minnow. lots of little fish on jig and fathead minnows.
