A huge thanks is going out to my good friend Bob Christianson who is the owner/operator of Gannon Ridge Taxidermy here in International Falls. Bob does absolutely BEAUTIFUL work on both Fish and Game!! A couple years back Bob did the taxidermy work on my biggest buck that now peers over the Daze Fireplace. It is SIMPLY awesome and probably my most prized mount. Bob has been called upon on numerous occassions to mount my customers big Rainy Lake fish over the years. My customers have always been extremely happy with his work and he ships them out safely to our customers from Texas to Florida!!

Bob has agreed to donate 1 Replica mount for each trip on my 2013 Rainydaze River run!! The estimated value is upwards from the $700.00 range. I’ll figure out a fair way to award this generous prize in the coming months. My initial thought will be to set a size minimum and then have each angler take a pic of the fish on the tape. Each angler with a qualifying fish will then be able to enter their name ONCE in a drawing to be drawn on the last evening of the trip.

One of the greatest things about having Bob involved at this event is he knows precisely what Rainy Lake and River fish look like!! Still good photo’s and measurements are always highly encouraged when looking to have a replica made or your personal trophy!!

For those that don’t WIN a mount I hope to have Gannon Ridge Taxidermy represented in our opening evening seminar. I’d highly encourage those anglers interested in having a replication of a possible Rainy river Tanker consider our gracious sponsor at Gannon Ridge Taxidermy!!

Thanks so much Bob!! Here is a link to Bob’s website at Gannon Ridge Taxidermy http://gannonridgetaxidermy.com/

I let Bob know to be ready!! We’re fishing for “Bowling Balls W/Fins!!”

AND IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!!

Tempting Chris! That “Stew’s Pro Blue” Moxie looks familar .

On closer inspection, I see it was a P.B. Pulse-R that drug that bowling ball out of the gutter.

    then I saw your pic,
    Yep,
that’s about it a finny bowling ball.

    HOLY smokes, and WOW
