    Guys,
I am done coaching boys basketball on March 11.
Really need a break and want to go fishing around March 16 for 3 days.
Two adults and 2 14 year old boys.

    I appreciate recommendations.

    Have portables,augers,flashers etc.

Need ideas on where to stay, where to fish and safe ice travel recommendations, want to leave the 4 wheelers at home.
We can make our own meals.

Looking for numbers of fish to keep the boys busy.

As always I appreciate your assistance,

    Mike

If you wish to drive out yourseld in your vehicle then the bombadier resorts will not work for you. Most of these do not plow roads and would not hauls your houses out. Two come to mind with plowed roads near Baudette. Adrian’s Resort along the Rainy River. And Morris Point Resort at the west end of the big bay. Morris point has cabins to stay in although it is highly unlikely they have any Fri. or Sat. openings in March. I will be at Morris Point March 17. But we go off road on our ATV’s and snow sleds.

We stay at the Wigwam. We take our own gear and just pay to use Adrian’s Road. We always catch a ton of fish out there, even a big one every now and then! Were leaving the 7th of march coming home the 11th. Lake road lodge or adrians are all nice places to stay.

Could try Border View – they have their own road and very nice accommodations.
