Storage For Plastics

Over the last two years I have become more and more a fan of plastics. To the point where I go fishing with no live bait at times. Plastics have a time and a place. The problem I have is what place? Where do you folks store you plastics to keep them handy? I like to keep them in the pouches they come in but I hate when they scatter all over the floor of the boat. Some of these are 3-5 inches in length. So what do you keep yours in?

I know you bass fisherman gotta have some answers for this to a walleye guy.

Tuperware is great, or 3700 boxes, the other thing i would suggest is a Cooks tackle system or similar. It attaches to the lid of your storage compartments, very functional and versatile. There are several companies with similar products

I have a few tackle bags, kind of reminds me of an old school trapper keeper they each have their own zip lock bag and it is on a three ring binder. PM if these interest you

Between this thread and the other thread, lot of guys are saying Plano 3700 boxes.

I keep mine in a Plano 3731 (I think thats the number). Its a big deep box with no dividers. I can keep all my plastics in the bags and just pack them in there.

Question for everyone who said 3700… are you taking plastics out of the bag and putting them into a divided Plano tray, like I would my crankbaits? Just curious.

i just have a soft sided cooler that they get thrown into, along with a couple of plano boxes that are divided for my more “go-to” plastics….otherwise they go into the cooler in their individual packages. I hate having plastics that get dirty so i try to keep them sealed up.
I do try to keep some organization in my cooler with 1 gallon ziplok bags. Swim baits in one, tubes in another, creature baits in one..you guys get the picture….maybe not the best idea but it works for me and the soft sided cooler is waterproof so that also really helps
