After 25,000 people died from the 9.0 quake and the following tsunami, they were nailed again with a 7.x aftershock and are on alert for another 6′ high wall of water.

Not to mention the nuclear reactor issues.

    Hard to imagine.

Can a 7.X really be considered an aftershock?

That’s what they are calling it. It’s incredibly unfortunate and something the people over there do not need.

Sad ordeal for all the Japenese people.

I heard that they called off the Tsunami as there were only a few small waves.

They stated that Japan could have aftershocks for a year from the original one.

I was in arkansas in Feb. We had a 4.7 was very strange feeling. Arkansas has had over a 800 earthquakes in last year. Oklahoma has also had many.

They run the same fault line as Memphis… It is actually a major earthquake area!! Don’t be surprised if the next major US quake comes from this region! Scary stuff.
