It doesn’t take long surfing this site to know we have a very smart bunch of people here. We get questions answered ranging from rigging to trailers to chainsaws, guns, sports, cooking, gardening, varmits……….most anything.

Thought it might be fun if we try to find a question that stumps everybody. Lets keep the questions limited to what might be something the general public might know. In other words lets keep out questions that it would take a 20 year college degree to answer.

Also some questions may be in the form of opinions. (which really isn’t a question I guess )

Example: The best steak on the grill is………..

Lets keep this fun and not torch anybody who might post a wrong answer.

BTW, The best steak is a sirloin done medium well.

Simple, Oranges were discovered before carrots. And it was probly you that first asked it because everyone else already knew the answer. Gotta bring it better than that! jk

Why do parents start smart, then get progressivly stupider for about 18 years, and then begin to get smarter again.

Anyone who says well done should be eating hamburger and not waste a good steak. Rare to medium rare

Coinjection molding. The first polymer is injected in at the tail leaving enough volume open for the core. Then through the same gate comes the core polymer. The mold is held at a predetermined temperature such that the outside skin sets before the inner portion. THis allows the core to remain fluid. The no slip condition between the polymer and the mold and the freezing of the melt creates a sandwiched profile. Excess “skin” polymer is released into the head head.

Its like making a diamond. Under the right temp and pressure for the perfect amount of time, you get a Moxi and its repeatable millions of times under the same recipe. You can actually see the injection gate location at mid-radius of the tail.

Don’t think you can do it in your garage. The polymer’s, Temperatures, pressures, feed rates, and times take unbelievable trial and error. And its different for each mold.

This isn’t gospel but its how other products are made the same way.

Answer is simple Why Not? or for those that prefer.. Because I can.

NY strip: rare – med. rare. well aged (30 days dry please) alittle bit of salt and peper and that’s it! NOTHING ELSE! NO not even that.. NOTHING ELSE! tied with that is any steak anyone else is paying for but I’m still grilling.

Bone-in Ribeye. Cooked with a reverse sear to medium rare. First 10 mins with Hickory chips. Salted first…peppered when done.
