Looking for a recipe for red snapper. Grandpa went down to Texas and brought a bunch back. Anyone ever eat red snapper? Should we bake it? Grill it? Fry it?

    Thanks!

Try it blackened. Buy the blackening seasioning in the spice scection in most larger grocery stores. Follow the directions on the jar. There are many red snapper recipies online try googling it. Snapper is a very tasty fish. Enjoy the catch.
