Cast and retrieve with a nice vibe to it, pump the rod to make the lure hop some. You can snap jig it too but they are really snaggy.

You can troll , jig them and cast them . They are a very unique bait that works many different ways.

We fish the 1/4 ounce up to 3/4.The hit from below comes for us 75% uv the time on the drop hang on to your rod and hat especially in shallow water the pause is crucial at certain times also.Troll Cast Vertical…..D.D.

Very versatile baits. On Lake MI, I vertical jig them 1 to 3 feet up and let them flutter down, cast out and sweep my rod for a quick burst forward/pause action, or steady retrieve like a spoon.

Deep rocky points on inland lakes I like a quick snap up and a slow flutter down. Smallies will crush them.

Rivers, I like to slowly pump them up/down 6 to 12″ along current breaks
