Anyone own or used the Walleye Elite Tech’s? Are they worth the purchase or do any of you guys recommend something else thats comparable??

I do have the 6’3″ M jigging rod. I personally think they are a great rod. I will be getting more of them this year too. Compared to Croix of equal price,no comparison…. I feel Croix are very overrated. Just me. — Mark

I have 2 of them, both 6-1/2ft, in a ML and MED action, there a great rod for jigging, looking at adding two more in 7ft for rigging this season!

They are pretty nice, I tried em, just liked the feel of the St Crois Avid better, a little more sensitive and lighter

I’ve caught a load of walleye over the years with a trusty Fenwick HMX 60MLF, vert jigging with jigs/meat…

When I started fishing P-4, pitching a lot of plastics I was drawn to the “faster” action of the St.Croix…

The price point of the Walleye Techs are a tad more than the new Eyecons, but very comparable to the Premier.

As has already been metioned, its a personal choice…I haven’t fished the 6’3″ MXF Eyecon or the 63M Walleye Tech yet but there have been several positive comments on IDO already.
