Took my boat in at 9am Wensday and Dan had it fixed and back to me 9 am Thursday.
Was clunking when I went from trolling speed to wot.He fixed that and changed out all oils filters and plugs, put in a new water pump and wiped it down for a very good price.
Thanks to all the guys that sent me his way.

Do you know what brands they service over there? I saw them come up on the Yamaha website as a service center but they did not list any Yamaha certified service credentials like the other places that were listed.

    Thanks

That guy is a class act. He has helped me out in a pinch before and I am not a regular customer. He has gone the extra mile to help people he doesn’t know at all really means a lot. I now tell everyone that has an Evinrude they should use this guy for any service needs.

I just re-checked the Yamaha site and Bay City is now listed as a Yamalube exclusive service center under certifications for Yamaha service.

i forgot to say that a buddy of mine was fishing in the port of call tourny. their oil buzzer went off and danny met them at the launch in bay city with a gallon of oil in hand. told them to stop in and pay for it later!

I think Dan should run for Mayor.

Certainly the most popular guy in Bay City…at least with the fishing crowd.

I thought we weren’t going to bring up Curt’s name Doc??

Either way, the price paid for repair I’m sure hurt, but I thought it was going to be a heck of a lot more! Twice the price paid…at least.

Sure Curt won’t mind since his boat is back up and running and the bill was not as expected.

Is there insurance for mouse nests?
