    Anyone on the site do surveying or knows someone that does it for a living? I have 40 acres I need surveyed and got a little bit of sticker shock when I started looking into it.

    I was quoted $750.00 to survey the lot at my house. Guy was from Elk River.

    The guy I talked to wants $3000 . All I want are the corners marked.

    I’ll see if I can dig up his name when I get home tonight. He did the surveys on our whole development.

    There is a BIG$$$$ difference in surveying a lot and surveying 40 acres….
