Feeling sorry for all the Viking Fans

    It’s not hard to know who they are. You can start with all of those with the Pittsburg symbols as their avatars.

    I feel for you. I remember watching the NFC Championship last year and thinking… If the queens win this game, they have a shot at winning a super bowl. OMG, that would be devastating. What the heck would Packer fans be able to give them crap for? We all know how that ended.

    I don’t blame you for being bitter Packer haters. There is alot on the line for you guys. Just think of the banter you will have to put up with in the years to come should the Packers win (or for that matter even if they don’t win).

    Oh don’t feel sorry for us, we can take it. I’m a fan, not a fanatic! I’ll watch the game, hope the packers get creamed, but it really won’t matter if they win either, I’m just hoping for a fun game.

    I feel sorry for packer fans who start making excuses, why they are gonna lose sunday…. like if they lose, you have ammo for Viking fans ???? OMG, I hate to tell you this, but you may not want to log into IDO for a few weeks, after the loss. I will not feel 1 bit sorry for you.. you get what you have coming. I along with others I have spoken too, have TONS of posts, from the likes of you, that will be “hitting the top” so to speak, to remind you of your gloried past

    One of the GREATEST THINGS about living in this area IS the Vikings/PACKERS Rivalry!!!
    I Lived in California,Maryland and Florida (US NAVY)and the banter wasn’t even CLOSE!!!! As long as it’s all in FUN,No Foul,No Crime!!
    Let’s just all remember what’s important in life….Family,Friends and Fishing!!

    Win or lose, Moday morning will be fun How boring this winter would be without the slinging.

    Looking forward to a great game, there should be some freight train hitting going on by the 1 and 2 Ds in the NFL.

    The best part about that game the vikings lost in the playoffs was the announcer. I shed a tear for Brett knowing the master plan of placing a Packers mole into the enemies ranks was successful.

    yep, all us Packer fans better not log on if the Pack loses because then Big G will get us. and Big G has a lot of fish bucks so his opinion will be worth more in the IDO world.

    Big G – you got a lot of passion for your team. Yet I wonder why you are so annoyed by anothers passion for theirs? If your great state had as much passion as you I could actually enjoy a pro football game in the state my wife dragged me to.

    Gonna be a great game Sunday, I will wear my cheesehead with great pride. GO PACK!

    Last thing in the world I want is sympathy from a Packer fan. Don’t feel sorry for me.

    I’ll take our 0-4 Super Bowl record with pride before I’d root for one minute for the Packers. (only exception being if the Packers are playing Dallas)

    I truly hope the Steelers pound the snot out of the Packers the way Arizona did last year.

    That said , I’m not even sure I’ll watch the game.
    Me and BrianK might get together and work on the Viking stadium funding plan.

    An OT snot pounding? Defensive TD to win? not sure about that. (in response to your personal signature)You folks tore down your Lambeau because there was not enough pride to keep it around. Lambeau was also renovated in a heart beat because it had the backing of the public who have paid every penny for their teams existence and will never be a threat to leave and will never be driven by an overwhelming need of more revenue. That in and of itself is enough to love the Pack.

    Joe, I do not take offense to someone cheering for their team, or willing them to a win, but when you start running down my team, look out. Also, what I post monday, will not be my all knowing “opinions”, but rather from the likes of yourself (pack fans)I have always hated the Pack fans(not so much the players), that’s a MN birth rite but it went to a new level with the whole Favre thing. For years I had to hear how great he is, which I could not argue, but rather argued, he was human & not the annointed one, God. Of course, I was dead wrong, in the pack faithful eyes…. until he became a Viking. Then he became the devil himself, which I can understand, but then don’t produce another golden calf and call him Erin…. Its hypocritical.

    Do you have a learning disability or something? I’m being honest. I’m not trying to be rude, but I don’t want to make any additional comments if you really have something wrong that is genetic or picked up working at a power plant or something?

    ah and their is your error the whole Favre debacle. Favre was a cheesehead god and is still and always will be in true Packer fans and Packer Hall of Fame eyes. It hurt a lot of Packer fans when he went to the “secondary” (probably primary in the last 20 years)enemy but only because they (small contingent)could not separate their love for the god vs the religion (Packers). I will always see Favre as the best Packer to this point and nothing will change that untill….

    I don’t know why you think anointing Rodgers the next cheesehead god is such a stretch. He has already done more in his 3 years than Favre did in his first 3 years and is on the verge of his first SB win. He seems to be a quality human being and good guy to root for as well. His only downfall is he went to CAL.

    I love the spirit of a rivalry. I don’t hate you though Big G because you wear a purple and yellow tu-tu to bed at night.

    Family, GOD, Country, Green Bay Packers/Badgers, fishing for me.
