Packer nation is more bitter about Favre than Cleveland was when LeBron James left. Thats just sad, its been a few years now, let it go.

But you stand no chance, I do enjoy the generality’s you like throwing around. Like if 1 Packer fan says something that means he is speaking for every fan. While I am at it, I find it disgusting those Packer fans who throw Favre under the bus. When he was winning Championships, MVP’s and going to pro bowls he was the greatest. Now he is a piece of crap. Favre has done tons of charitable work in Wisconsin and Mississippi with his foundations. He was a great ambassador for the state and team. I think he is human like you and me. I have done things in my life I am not proud of its just he is more public. I dont hold him to a higher standard than I do myself. He is not a Messiah. People need to get over it and look inward before they start cracking on him. Its a crutch for faults in there own lives….

    Touche….

Actually, the problem is, this post was even stated “another packer post”.. it is NOT a packer post, but rather a bitter Favre fans feeble attempt at getting back at Brett for pooping in his mouth….

I can not believe how much Packer fans think that Rodgers is such a GOD. His record the last 3 seasons is 27-21. Oh by the way that is the same record as Brett Favre over the last 3 seasons.( By the way Brett is over 40 ) It is also Brett Favre’s record his 1st 3 seasons with the packers. i think the problem with packer fans is that they can only remember back as far as their last case of beer ( Not to far back for most packer fans )

Actually alot of NFL talking heads are pumping up Rodgers. We know he is good the numbers he put up in the first three years as a starter are up there with the greatest QB’s in history. The question up next is he great?

You are the man Bret Clark. (had to add Clark or big g might have thought I meant farve.) Just remember, The Journey is the Reward.

Most of you Viking fans seem to forget Mike Holmgren left the Packers and nobody talks bad of him. Brint retired, no, I want to come back, no I want to stay retired, no, I want to come back. He thought he was bigger than the franchise, even bigger than the NFL. Even now he is being called by many sports people the most hated man in sports, even more hated than LaBron.

It is good to admit your bitterness…. so many others cannot

    big G

FYI… Mike Vick is the most hated man in sports…. do a simple google… Tiger Woods, Al Davis, Jerry Jones, Manny…. I looked at the first page of search and not 1 Brett Favre mention… making things up is NOT cool

It sounds like the vike fans are having a hard time with the fact that we’ve let Farva go and have moved on to bigger and better things. You guys are crying a lot more than we are. It was great while he was here but all good things must come to an end. Why are you guys so pissed off? You should be happy for the Packer fans that you’ve come to know and love. P.S. just because one guy said the season is a failure without a superbowl win does not mean that it’s law. I’m not worried about it because the Pack will no doubt win the superbowl…

Just a little more on this, here is some QB’s who followed QB legends. This is why we are pumped to have Rodgers. Its just plain difficult to find a great QB much less two in a row..

I will say this all of us packer fans loved favre and you can’t say we didn’t the bottom line is we had to do something with Rodgers or lose him remember we are true packer fans first Brett was-is a greatly loved Packer and we will never forget the great feelings he brought back to those of us that watched and went to the games when we sucked but even he will never be bigger than the Packers organization no one was more pissed than me how it went down but for the most part we haven’t hardly missed a beat with Rodgers think about how many teams hated Favre for all those years and now hate us because we have another potential great qb we should count or blessings i think our back up could start on a lot of teams GO PACK!

Big Pike – Let’s hope in a few years you don’t have to add Rodgers name to this same list- I’ll agree he is a good QB now. I’m just saying that 3 decent years does not make a legend!!!!

We could have over paid him (Rodgers)??? Maybe Bret would have considered renegotiating his contract to do so (He’d done that in the past). But nooooo, we got to get in a peeing match with him.
