12 PACK of Old Style ~ other wise known as “top shelf” ~ no doubt
It must be bitter to be a Viking or Bears fan right now!

January 26, 2011 at 5:26 pm #930638Come on Jeff…..text message
I think the Queen and Bears fans should gather together and try to come up with something new for a return post. They are all going to wear out there copy paste buttons
January 26, 2011 at 5:31 pm #930641Talk about getting over something…. copy… paste, from a packer backer…. we don’t know who favre is, but here’s another dig on our old qb, who did more for our franchise, than pretty much everybody else combined the last 40 years….then he took a BIG OL DUMP on all of us, when our mouths were wide open…. we swallowed and now were bitter….

January 26, 2011 at 5:35 pm #930646Hey, come on now. Bears and Vikings do have something in common this season. Both of their quarterbacks quit. Nice goin’ Cutler! Maybe he’ll change his number to 4 next year.
January 26, 2011 at 5:43 pm #930648I’m feeling the love in here. We need more cowbell and a green sunfish and a breast pump.
January 26, 2011 at 5:51 pm #930650How about an old MVP thread….
drop and gimme 20…. I outrank you ..

January 26, 2011 at 6:00 pm #930653Common guys go easy on the Vikings and Bears. They might make one good team between them if they could find a quarterback who doesn’t quit. We used to have a guy that played quarterback for both teams when we were growing up.
January 26, 2011 at 6:04 pm #930655You guys better get mentally prepared for some diggin’ in 11 days. The only thing worse than you FAV team losing deep into the playoffs is logging on to IDO in the morning!
Just sayin’

Why….the Pack accomplished a lot more this season than what was anticipated after a tough start. Win or loose there will be no reason for the Packer Nation to hang there heads while idiots try to belittle there accomplishments.
We even have a stadium and QB for next years seasonJanuary 26, 2011 at 6:52 pm #930668I had to open this just to see. I mean we all know Packer fans can’t even color inside the lines, let alone do math

Now Bret, That sounds like the talk of a guy that’s fully ready to accept a loss in the SB! OR, a guy that’s prepping his 2nd place speach for IDO on the day after.
It’s all in good fun bro..

This I understand and I’m not expecting a loss. My local bet has already been booked…..Pack by 6.
Just saying they have already had a great seasonI also understand this is hard for Queen fans to except
January 26, 2011 at 7:48 pm #930689I have SEVERAL packer posts, stating, anything less than a SB title, deems a season a failure and the 2nd place team can join the other 30 loser teams Did this change fomr last season ???

That would make the Vikings perpetual losers

But you stand no chance, I do enjoy the generality’s you like throwing around. Like if 1 Packer fan says something that means he is speaking for every fan. While I am at it, I find it disgusting those Packer fans who throw Favre under the bus. When he was winning Championships, MVP’s and going to pro bowls he was the greatest. Now he is a piece of crap. Favre has done tons of charitable work in Wisconsin and Mississippi with his foundations. He was a great ambassador for the state and team. I think he is human like you and me. I have done things in my life I am not proud of its just he is more public. I dont hold him to a higher standard than I do myself. He is not a Messiah. People need to get over it and look inward before they start cracking on him. Its a crutch for faults in there own lives….

That’s been my point all along regarding Favre, whether he got us to the ultimate game, he with even just a little bit of talent (Thompson got him the talent that he said was the best raw talent he had ever played with including the first SB team) that got us to the playoffs and made watching football enjoyable!!! Oh yes there was pain with several losses, but we played in the playoffs!!!
Then he gave hope to a Jets organization, then had his best year ever with the purple people and a not-so-good year this year.
I hated how TT handled that situation, to this day I still think it could have been handled better, considering as a 2nd string QB Rodgers seemed to be injury prone. He has proved to be past the injury thing so far, but we are at 2 concussions and counting also… Still happy with Rodgers, just a little more concerned.
As for SB 45, Pack barely cover and go on to the win. Two things, I don’t think Palamua (They seem to win when he plays and lose when he doesn’t) played when we lost to them in the regular season last year 37-36 on the last play of the game and our defense probably won’t give up 52 or 37 (52 to Cards, 37 to the Steelers) points again, so Pack 17-13!!!
