Small engines parts store??

    Can anyone recommend a small engines parts store in the Maple Grove/Plymouth/Champlin/Albertville/Otsego/Elk River/Monticello area?

    I took the carb off my snowblower last night. Cleaned it all up, went to put back together and the seal around the fuel bulb simply won’t go back together cleanly.

    Robbinsdale Marine would be a good bet, but you probably don’t want to come that far. You could stop by my house for a beer, though

    if this shows up twice i must’ve not paid attention when doing my first post.

    anyway, is there a chance the seal got put back on upside down? this happened to me a couple weeks ago. turns out there is a taper on the o-ring and cannot be flipped. i leaked a little gas til i found that out.

    That could be. My mechanical ability is limited to a 6th grade level. I’ll look again tonight. This thing is 15 years old and never had anything done to it, so it probably needs a new gasket anyhow.

    Lane True Value in Champlin does small engine repair. They are located in the strip mall on Hwy 169 between 117th & Hayden Lake Road – across 169 from Target.
