My buddy got his mount back from Matt at Artistic Anglers. He outdid himself again. It looks awesome. The fish went 28.25″ and 14#.

The guy who did the mount matched those colors really well. Great fish!

That doesn’t look 14 pounds to me! Haha, just kidding. Great fish and spectacular mount. Congrats on a true trophy!

Shoot Matt a call. He’d be happy to help you out. He really owes me a mount or two for the amount of business I send his way. At least that’s what I always tell him.

My same buddy was so happy with this mount, he called Matt up the next day and ordered a replica of a Laker skin mount he had done 15 years ago. It looks like junk now. He also ordered a large Splake his wife caught a number of years ago as a b-day present for her.

I think Dad has an order in for a Steelhead at this moment as well. I’ll have to try and find a pic of my brothers Brown that Matt did and we gave him for x-mas.

As I said once before. Beautiful fish and mounting job.
Someday I really would like to see my wife catch a fish like that and have it mounted for her.

My goal is to get a giant Brown also. Possibly a big rainbow… My number one right now would be a giant sockeye salmon. I love the looks of those fish!

Sorry for getting off track! Dreamin’ of fishin’

Isn’t that what we are here for, cause we dream of big fish! No apologies necessary. I dream about big Brookies all the time.

AA does awesome work! my dad has a northern done from there and it looks awesome to say the least. Just about every outdoor store in the Duluth area has mounts done from there, plus cabelas and other retail stores. They sure are top notch!
