Saturday, January 29th marks the first ever Guide Day at the Bluff’s Bar and Grill in Hagar City.

We will feature one on one, face to face seminars. Ask the questions and get the answers eyeball to eyeball from some of the very best River anglers in the Midwest!

Some of the guides planning to attend include
    ~Dustin Stewart
    ~Briank
    ~Marty Hahn
    ~River Rat Randy Stevens
    ~Brett King
    ~“Turk Gierke”
    ~“Hutch”
and several others from the areas river systems.

A number of the guides will be offering discounts for any trips booked that day, so bring your calendar!

We will also be offering at the same time, a fisherman swap meet.
Tired of looking at those rods or box of crank baits that have been collecting dust for the past 5 years? This is the perfect time to bring it to sell or trade with others.
Anchors, nets, jig boxes, reels, or anything else fishing related are welcome!

Partner up with a buddy or two and buy a table for just $20. Your second table if needed is available for $10.

All of the proceeds will be donated to the local Boy Scouts and American Legion baseball team. Your support of these organizations is appreciated!

To book or reserve your table, contact Pat Brookshaw @ 651-380-3941.

Everts Resort will have a table offering special discounts for this one day event. We will also have the booking calendar along if you are interested in checking the availability of cabins.

This is at the very least, a fun filled day catching up with past, present & future friends. Ask the questions you have always wanted to ask and get the answers face to face from guys who know.

You might even leave with more money than what you came with!

    Hope to see you there!

Hey Dean? Are bullheads allowable in the minnow races?

    Great choice of words.

Speaking of removing snow from the roof…if you ever need it done, just give me a holler. I know where you live and I’m guessing I’ll clean the snow off of the correct roof.

I dont recall anyone speaking of removing snow from the roof…..cept you.

Word on the street,is that Vegas has BK at 120/1 odds on being the Minnow Racing Champ. Personally,I think Shooter & RRR are the real “dark-horses” .

Personally, I don’t think it’s fair that you don’t allow bullheads. I’ve been training the Champ all winter…and if River Rat Randy and Shooter can use pet willow cats…I think bullies should be allowed.

Speaking of broken skylights. I’ve replaced them before too.

No doping? What drugs will you be testing for, because I was going to throw a couple of coffee beans in my holing pail.

Umm the way June has filled up on my calendar, I don’t think I’ll be giving that up very soon. Too many people would end up with a free weekend.

An inside source hinted they were going to be testing for sugar from cookies, pit crews too…but I don’t like to spread rumors.

Viscous rumor…thankfully 7 layerbars & brownies are on the approved sugar list from the NPMRA. “National Professional Minnow Racing Association.” BK, your application is still under review.

Looking forward to seeing everyone next Saturday!

Make sure you stop by and sign up for the (2) $25 Gift Certificates I will be giving away to Everts Resort.

Who knows, if Dean has a table, he might even let you spend the gift certificate right on the spot?

I talked with Shooter this afternoon. He said there’s 15 tables spoken for with a week to go.

All of the proceeds will be donated to the local Boy Scouts and American Legion baseball team. Your support of these organizations is appreciated!

I’ve added an extra table for a couple Warn Winches, Shimano Reels, Shimano and Gander Mountain Guides Series Rods.
