Yay Gophers! (coming from an UND alumni). Good way to start the 2nd half of the WCHA season. Listened to the game on the radio and it sounded like the typical Sioux vs Gophers series. My guess is tonight somebody will get a 10 minute game misconduct with ejection… Just hope injuries don’t come with this

Will have to tape tonight’s game so I don’t miss that while I am watching the Green and gold.

Was one of the best games to watch for the Gophers this season. I hope it is a stepping stone for the rest of the year.

Mark – good luck to your green & gold but I’d rather watch a sport where there’s more constant action versus a bunch of long haired freaks standing around scratching their man unit…. But that’s just me…. It’s hard to be a fan of the NFL when there’s so much hunting and great fishing in the fall… Especially when you toss some Bert/Chili drama into the mix. But too each their own…. Gonna be a real barn burner tonight. Gophers/Sioux is one of the roughest rivals in college sports…. Not for the light of heart or tap dancer type.

    Kurt:

I will be flipping back and forth during the ads on the Packer game, I guarantee. I am a closet gopher hockey fan because Fox Sports North Wisconsin always televises the Bucks instead of the Badger hockey team.

So I will be texting my Minneapolis cousin regarding the hockey, hoping the Badgers can split the series with UMD while watching da Pack and Gophs!!!

I do, in fact during the daylight spend my time outdoors taping the game(s) to watch later in the evening. Friday nights that I do not have to referee high school basketball, I might be flipping through up to 5 hockey matches from the east to the west on DirectTV.
