    Someone Extrapolate
Glancing over this I would say fishing might win by 100K or so? Plus, kids don’t need a license, so the golf numbers would have to exclude kids under 16.

Sorry for being so late on this one. I know you guys missed me.

For me 2 lines doesn’t matter. But if people want it I would be in favor ONLY if it was presented as a stamp and didn’t allow for any possession. In other words your limit was limited to your first license only. Basically you would be allowed a second license for shortening your fishing time or trolling multiple lines and adding money to the fisheries program.
Studies have said most people don’t limit anyway. So if we only allowed one limit then I don’t think over harvest will be that big of a issue. As far as mortality rate, it won’t matter what it actually is. BIA ( or whoever governs the tribes DNR) and the DNR will figure it on the same percentages as they do now. So special regs and slots on Mille Lacs most likely would tighten.

We can not make it for certain bodies of water. It needs to be statewide or not at all. We have enough confusion with slots as it is.

Thats my opinion for what it’s worth.
