    I just had a cortizone shot in my elbow and can’t believe
    the positive results.

    I hope you have similar results with your back.

    Len, is your pain due to herniated disks? I have had several in years past and with no positive results. It ended in surgery every time. Lamectomy, discectomey (sorry sp, but I’m thinking you know what I’m talking about).

    the shot had an immediate effect. I was able to sleep through the entire nite. First time in 5 years. I feel rested and my wife said she hopes this good nite sleep will change my crabby disposition.

    Good for you!!!!!!!!

    Hope it lasts! Watch having several “Q” shots over a few years. I think it will become less effective and do more harm over time. mho
