After Snow Blowing all weekend I am having trouble drying gloves. What do you guys use to dry the big ice fishing gloves. I can’t seem to get the fingers dried out.

roger that! dries them overnight so they are ready to go in the morning with no maintenance required after putting them on there. With the current temps and windchill’s reaching 40 below dry and warm gloves are a necessity!

Or put them in the clothes dryer on low heat.

The Peet Boot Dryer is the best gift an outdoors person could get. I have three of them, between me and two kids I have a ton of wet boots, gloves, mittens, hats, etc

Let me guess, Gortex? Worst thing ever added to winter gloves.

They are a pair of the waterproof Ice Armor gloves. And after an hour in the drier they were still wet. The Peet boot drier does work. Does anybody own a boot drier with the blower in it? I am thinking that would be a lot quicker.

I got fed up with waterproof gloves in the winter years ago. The final straw was sledding. Water proof gloves hold the moisture in terribly. Nothing worse than clammy gloves on/off all day then again in the morning. In a typical winter environment there is not much moisture to protect from on the outside. Assuming its cold, the snow is dry and your not in a snowball fight. Only sweat from the inside. Non-waterproof gloves breath enough to allow that moisture to escape far more efficiently.

However there are some situations they excel. I dry them like everyone listed here. I do have the glove extensions for my Peet and used them this weekend. Otherwise just the heat register.
