With the bad weather here and in the future remember to slow down and move over when seeing emergency lights. A friend of mine (and neighbor) was hit by a car this morning while trying to direct traffic after an accident. He is a county deputy. His children play with mine and they just had another little one only months ago. He is VERY lucky suffering a broken leg, head injury, and minor internal injuries. He is in fair condition alert and talking. I am a paramedic and sometimes duty calls on a busy road and it amazes me still that people just whiz on by like nothing is going on. With bad roads ahead, please slow down and move over. Construction workers that deal with it on a daily basis know that some people just don’t get it. Thanks in advance, Triston
