    Anyone know who makes news paper carrier style shoulder bags or something simalar to what the mail carriers use. Looking for a few,new or even could be used.

    Have you tried to contact your local newpaper. Sometimes they have a contact that supplies their delivery personel with these bags.

    I am not what you want to use it for but I just googled “canvas shoulder bags” and found a ton of them.
