I know this is message is a little off the wall but in our area Buffalo County we are having a lot of thefts of guns fishing equipment and i mean alot. Just want to tell everyone the old days are over make sure EVERYTHING is LOCKED up.
In addition it may not be a good idea to come on the Internet and talk about your $3,000 worth of fishing gear and $2,000 guns ect.
Even with a assumed name people can figure out who you are.
Be smart, keep your stuff.
Yup lock up time but keep a couple home defense items nearby just in case a wild critter breaks in
Being a victim of fishing tackle theft, I can say it is a kick in the teeth.
I also heard the Rush lake launch had theft problems this year too.
(Not serouis now just kidding but), wish mine would dissapear, give me an excuise to buy a whole new rig! 
Then 
this would be my wife after me! 
Trust me I would not be in a laughing mood if this would happen to me! 
I get excited thinking about the day I catch someone breaking into my place…
Not that I ever want to be in that situation, but it’s the last thing anyone would want to happen to them. I don’t have a lot of guns or weapons, just one, and way more brains than the person breaking into my house….
