I have a 4 bank ranger charger and am wondering if I leave this plugged in for the winter months, will my batteries have a continuous trickle charge. Or should I be doing this a whole different way.

Not sure which brand you have but most newer ones monitor the battery level and once full they switch to maintian mode. I would think if you dont have the manual that Googleing the make and model should help you find the info you need to find out if it does/does not have a maintain mode. I bet you a cold one that it does though good luck!

I have the Minnkota 330 three bank charger.

I’ve been leaving the batteries in the boat for 4 years…5 years this winter. Never a problem.

As long as it has a “maintain” mode, your golden as walleyben stated.
