I am currently do a shop project for school. Our project is to build a shop. We are looking for some ideas on where to get bids for the construction of the build and installs of the plumbing, electrical, ect. any help would be appreciated! 
So are you guys trying to be the general contractor on the project?
No, this would be a shop that we would be opening. Its a project for shop management. so basiclly it would be a “pretend” shop. we gotta design the layout for bays and all that!
basicly just looking for a rought square foot price for everything from ground breaking to finishing touches! just wondering if there is a formula that will get me close?
