Faribault Area

    Well since Old Man River seems to be working against me and I REALLY need a good fish fix, I asked the FM to think about taking me over to French Lake. Looking for some input is this a good idea? Pointers would be great too.

    James, that post is what got me thinking….

    I should have mentioned that we would be fishing for anything we can.. I wouldn’t mind catching a nice musky, that is one that I have never caught before.

    If you are set on the Faribault area, Mazaska has had a decent bite goin all year on the weedlines. Eyes, slimies, panfish.
    If I were you though, I would pick out a prairie pothole somewhere in the southern area, been getting quite a few trolling these types of lakes the last few weeks.
