    Was this a challenge to do it in less time? Expect the blood to start flowing. Nice video. And yes on the sharpeneing. That thing looks razor sharp.

    Actually we were just cleaning yesterdays catch, no challenge. I was amazed so I took a quick video. He cleaned 15 fish in 15 minutes. As far as the knife goes, it really is no sharper than most knifes. It is a bit stiffer than your typical fillet knife.

    Times not bad but it’s not really fast either.
    Best part of it was the fillets looked very nice when he was done. Going fast doesn’t do any good if you have a mess when you’re done.
