James and Cheryl,
Wish you both a long and happy life together.

Congrats – and welcome to the club! As much as some guys gripe about their wife, I couldn’t imagine life without mine. She’s full of surprises …..
My hero was married for 77 years. Yes that is seventy-seven, as he passed at age 98. Gave me this advise
“Women are like old horses. Stubborn, bad memory, and never do what they are told – unless they think its their idea. Always remember these things
1. She’s your best friend – treat her that way
2. Talk to her about something nice every day
3. Write all the important things down for her
4. Smile when you bait her hook and she catches all the fish.
5. Don’t go in her sewing room and she won’t go in the trap shed
I’ve been with my wife since 1986 and though there has been some tough times, I couldn’t have been happier!
Best wishes you two.
Well atleast you’ll have someone do do your laundry, and pick up all those empty beer cans j/k
Congrats
Congratulations James. I don’t know you personally but I have sure enjoyed watching your fishing shows here on the site and I hope to meet you and maybe even fish with you someday. Hope you and Cheryl have a great marriage.
Congrats to James and Cheryl. May you always remain best friends…. Kurt and Karen
Can I come to the reception? I clean up pretty good.
Congrats to both of you!

Congratulations to you both. A wise old man told me the secret to a long marriage is ‘never go to bed angry’ and try to give more than you take. Happy Trails!
Congrats
Remember a man doesn’t truly know what happiness is until he gets married . . . but it’s too late then.
James and Cheryl,
Congratulations and best wishes to the two of you. There is nothing more enjoyable than spending time with someone who is your best friend and the love of your life.
All the best!
Thanks everyone. The well wishes mean a lot to both of us. Cheryl and I had a super day with friends and family. We ate too much. Some of us drank just a touch too much. All in all the day was perfect. Today we’re trying to recover a bit with very little planned for today besides cleaning up the house now that the guests have all gone home. I can’t tell you how lucky / fortunate I feel to have Cheryl as a partner for life.
Now that picture will make anyone happy! God Bless you both… I sure hope to meet Cheryl again some day, she is one fine lady…
Congratulations. Marriage can be a wonderful thing.
I just got back from my folks where we celebrated their 60th anniversary. As they are aging and dealing with more health issues, they depend on each other even more and are like two kids in love. As we’ve dealt with these issues, I’ve seen a side of them that I hadn’t seen before and it really demonstrates the relationship they have.
All the best for a long and happy life together.
Great catch, Cheryl.
Does this mean you’ll be sharing the prizes at Beanies river Rat Tourney Sat?
Congrats James Hopefully she doesn’t give that one last kick
