Electrical Engineer
We are searching for an additional team player in our Engineering group.
Job Summary: New position created for an Electrical Engineer that specializes in the machine tool industry. Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a background in ladder logic, UL, CE, MRP, and CAD experience. This individual with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and previous experience in capital equipment manufacturing will be responsible for all aspects of electrical engineering within the company.
Responsibilities
Electrical engineering project management – both new and modifications.
Electrical engineering BOM, documentation, and ECN/ECR process.
Provide solutions to manufacturing issues and/or cost savings opportunities
Will also be responsible for monitoring the prototype creation including assisting in building and reviewing test results to assure proper functioning and the redesign if necessary.
Technical Skill Requirements
Product knowledge
Knowledge of industry, machinery, equipment, and processes
Business system software
Office systems software – word processing, spreadsheets
Must have a thorough understanding of MRP and CAD systems.
Position require strong communication and problem solving and math skills
Experience/Education Requirements
Electrical Engineering degree
5+ years experience in related industry.
HOURS: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
