If you are in Outlook you can go to tools….adressbook…file….export
export your adress book as a .wab file
you might want to name each one different from each cpu.
    for example cpu1.wab
When you get all the files then take the same path but import .wab file, you could put each .wab file on a cd or jump drive so that you can import all of them to the one computer.Let me know if it worked, good luck!

Sorry, I re-read your email and noticed it was messages and not email adresses. I believe you would have to go in and export messages by going to file….export…. messages
You might have a problem if your not using the same email program on each computer. Give it a try.

yes and the newest one is 13 months old and the oldest one is over 10 years old and has windows 95.. its a case of using Netscape and storing emails on the CPU.. however Netscape and Thunderbird don’t ask for or import themselves very well. So as a Cpu goes down.. the mail gets ‘stuck” on a unit.. its not like I have new CPU’s.. the second newest was bought in 2001..

all 5 pcs function and are on a router?? just forward them to an internet email addy(gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc).. that way you can access them from any pc with internet access.

and you dont have to go one by one, you should just be able to forward multiples based on the size of the attachments (aka old emails)
