What ever you do, don’t complain about the heat. I just got back from Kansas and it went like this:

    Saturday – 100
    Sunday – 100
    Monday – 108
    Tuesday – 108
    Wednesday – 100

It is not suppose to go below 98 for a high for the day until sometime this weekend.

Now about that Global Warming that isn’t happening:

Yep, business as usual. And with the humidity the feels like temperature has really been out of this world hot.

Bring on the heat again this weekend. Lawn chair setting in the cool water of the St croix river about up to my waste. Fishing pole in one hand soaking a crawler or minnow on the bottom. Cool beverage in the other and plenty of scenery going by in the canoes. Just doesnt get much better.

That crap can get turned back off on Monday again as I hate working in it.

Back in the 80s and early 90s we used to get heat waves like that even up here in the Minneapolis area… but we haven’t had one that I can recall in a very long time.

Funny, then, that it can only be global warming that causes it even though it’s localized and hasn’t happened up here for years.
