Maxxum Problems

    While fishing the other day my motor died. I checked all wiring and all connections are good.. When I hit the button to run it I can hear a clicking noise coming from the pedal. It is not a constant clicking noise but just 1 click when I hit the botton. I am assuming the power is getting to the pedal and no further. Does this sound like a bad board or do anyone else have any ideas. It will be making its way to scheels in EC this week sometime but looking for troubleshooting ideas in the meantime.

    this sounds like the same problem i had in my pdv2 about a week ago. the board went out in it and i will give u a heads up… THESE PARTS ARE ON BACKORDER! so u may want to call ahead and see what they have in stock or else u may be without for 1-3 weeks.

    Yep. Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. I think it cost me $250 or something like that.
