Heading out on the south end by Isle. Now I’m a big walleye guy but my budding is talking me into leaving all my walleye gear at home. Not look for any gps coordinate just wondering this time of year what would you guys toss at these things and would you go deep or shallow.
I would take a variety is possible, hard to know sometimes what they want
Bucktails – a couple double tens and regular ones like llungen
Plastics – a couple bulldawgs
Topwater – I really like Lee Lures topwaters
Rapela Giant Shad raps – good for trolling and casting
I would say now is pretty much bucktail time of year.
